Eternal Echo utilizes state-of-the-art AI avatar technology combined with QR code integration. Visitors scan a QR code at the historical site and instantly experience an encounter with the historical figure on their smartphone. The avatars tell their own stories and speak about their lives – authentically and emotionally.

Test phase (free): We offer a 3-month pilot phase with 6 talking avatars at all 6 locations completely free of charge. The avatars can speak and tell stories about their lives. This allows us to test the concept, gather visitor feedback, and measure its effectiveness – without any financial risk.

After a successful test phase: Based on the test results, the number of avatars for the full-scale rollout will be determined. The costs depend on the final number of avatars and locations. Estimated cost: CHF 60,000–90,000 for 6 avatars (avatar development, QR display installation, content creation, technical infrastructure). Ongoing costs for maintenance and updates: approximately CHF 15,000–25,000 per year.

From concept to launch, we anticipate a timeframe of 6–9 months. Phase 1 (Concept & Partnerships): 2 months. Phase 2 (Avatar Development & Content): 3–4 months. Phase 3 (Installation & Testing): 1–2 months. Phase 4 (Launch & Marketing): 1 month. A soft launch with 3–4 locations is possible after 4–5 months.

Eternal Echo complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). No personal data is stored – visitors simply scan the QR code and experience the encounter anonymously. Users can optionally provide their email address to receive further information (opt-in). All data is hosted on Swiss servers and managed according to the highest security standards.

Absolutely! Eternal Echo is designed as a scalable model. After a successful launch in Zurich, the concept can be expanded to other Swiss cities (Bern, Basel, Geneva, Lucerne) and international destinations. Each city will have its own historical figures and locations – the technology platform will remain the same.

Our prices are transparent and based on our expenses. These technical production costs are calculated based on the fee recommendations for freelancers in the film industry (www.szeneschweiz.ch). The coaching costs are based on hourly rates for private persons. This includes a flat rate for travel to and from the location and preliminary meetings.
